During the year, we offer four seasonal retreats, infusing intuitive practices into the fourfold way.
The four-fold way for mothering: Through each season, explore the way of the visionary, teacher, warrior, and healer, with respect to mothering. We are grateful for the work of Angeles Arrien and her book, ‘The Fourfold Way’.
The Energy Roadmap: A practical guide, weaving ancient traditions with modern science for body, mind, heart, and soul. How to practically integrate the work into your daily life.
Nuts and bolts of hormones, brain science, and precision medicine. We support your physical and mental health. Including diet, exercise, sleep support, and more.
Individual sessions are available to go deeper into the process during the year. These are not included in the program, but can be arranged for an extra cost.

Mothering Thru Menopause
Finding Joy in the Chaos
Whether we planned it or not, motherhood is a huge life transition. Ultimately, each woman can choose their own way. Motherhood through menopause has many opposing priorities. Is it possible to find the right balance? Like any challenge in our lives, it has the potential for transformation. Through these polarities, we find our truth. It is preparation for the power years after menopause. It will prepare us to step into a place of wisdomhood, supporting our families, our communities, and our planet.
Our program invites a women’s circle, and we do this together. It starts with deep listening and intuition as your guide. We use ancient traditions of the fourfold way, as described by Angeles Arrien. We help you understand how to support your physical body, such as the science of HRT, diet, and exercise. We support your emotional self, exploring beliefs and what is sacred in your life. We honor the art of storytelling. From ancient women's history to folklore and mythology, and our own life stories. We keep it practical and flexible, so it fits into your busy mom life. You are in safe and supportive hands, with like-minded moms.
Are you tending your well?
Many of the stories of our past have been lost, but the intuitive, wild, and powerful way of the woman lies in each of us. It is in our laughter and our tears. It is the strength that gets us up each night to help our little ones with fevers. It surfaces at our darkest moments, when we feel like we might not be able to endure. A loss of a parent, a divorce, listening to the 6 o’clock news…And yet, we keep going every time. It lies in our smiles and our curves. In fact, women show it to us every single day in every little and big way. It is our magic. We see it in each other, and we feel it the most when we are sharing it, voicing it, dancing it. We may not have been able to anticipate how ridiculous life feels at times, but we meet it head-on every day. This is just what women do. We nurture our families, our communities, we tend to the spirit, we connect with the land. And we do this with one hand tied behind our back, before breakfast. Life is asking for us to tend to our well, tend to our well-being so that we can heal the world.
The Power of Our Story
Ancient peoples have always honored the power of storytelling, just as they have honored weaving textiles. Women have been fundamental to both.
Much of the past has been lost and may never be understood. How can modern women understand the innate strength and power still living in our bones, our voice, our bodies? Through their own stories.
We remember through deep listening to our narrative, both the collective and the individual. The stories of our struggles with motherhood and menopause. We amplify the potential through ritual and ceremony, gathering in a circle, and connecting with nature. We thank foremothers such as Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Marion Woodman, and others for guiding us.

ANCIENT TRADITIONS AND WOMEN’S SPIRITUALITY
We look to the teachings of those foremothers who gathered the ancient traditions and spiritual teachings of all the world, such as the fourfold way, shamanic, and intuitive practices. We honor what is sacred for women. We give thanks to Angeles Arrien, Sandra Ingerman, Jan Engels-Smith, Silvia Nakkach, and Caroline Myss. We practice and share these rituals and ceremonies to support each woman in navigating their modern, busy life.
MODERN SCIENCE, BODY AND MIND
As healers trained in modern medicine, we integrate the wisdom of women’s health from the perspective of functional and hormonal medicine, such as medications, herbal remedies, gut health, exercise, and more. We understand and integrate brain science, psychology, and the spirituality of women into our program. We honor our foremothers, such as Christiane Northrup, MD, and other medical providers, who practice and preach this type of holistic care.
