How often do you allow yourself to dream? When was the last time that you had time for this?

Let’s spend the week together in circle. Plenty of time to rest and renew. Plenty of time to laugh, and connect. Plenty of time for stillness and deep listening.

From this place, we step into the way of the visionary.

Explore life before motherhood, finding patterns in beliefs, attitudes, and thoughts. Where did we come from?

Learn the nuts and bolts of hormonal and brain science, how to support your physical body through diet, exercise, and more.

Practice the ancient traditions of the woman visionary, from the book by Angeles Arrien, ‘The Fourfold Way’.

Share stories of our collective and individual past and present to more deeply understand ourselves.

Invite ritual and ceremony to honor and support the changes in your life.

In this nurturing and safely held space, start to define what is sacred in your life.

A Sample Retreat Schedule

8 am. Rise and Shine, It’s Breakfast time

9-10:30 am. Circle Time, Meditation, and Yoga

10:30-11 am. Snack Time

11-12:30 pm. Morning Discussion and Group Work: Introducing the Way of the Visionary

12:30-2 pm. Afternoon nature walk using empowerment tools.

2-4 pm. Afternoon discussion and group work: Life before Motherhood, telling the story, exploring hidden beliefs.

4 pm. Afternoon tea and snack.

4:30-6 pm. Afternoon for rest and reflection.

6-7 pm. Dinner together

7-9 PM Evening discussion: Exploring the four ways of seeing, and ceremony: I-rest deep relaxation with sound healing, work with song and bells.
