The time to envision how mothering through menopause can look for you. Plenty of time to rest and renew, weaving ancient traditions from the fourfold way with modern science for physical and emotional health while mothering through menopause. A daily routine that flows with resting and working together to create a path to your dreams. These retreats are the amplification and integration of our 12-month program.
